3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process this information to answer requests, evaluate projects, prepare proposals, take pre-contractual steps, maintain service continuity, protect our systems and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context, processing relies on the applicable conditions in Article 5 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, including establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights.
4. Recipients and transfers
Data may be accessed by authorised KLUG teams and by hosting or email service providers acting on our instructions. It may be shared with public authorities where legally required. The current contact form is not intentionally configured to transfer personal data abroad; if the service architecture changes, this notice and any required transfer safeguards will be updated.
5. Retention and security
Contact-form records are retained for up to two years after the last active correspondence, unless an ongoing commercial or legal relationship or a statutory duty requires a longer period. We apply proportionate access, security and backup controls and remove data when its purpose expires.

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion where applicable, object to certain automated outcomes and request compensation for unlawful processing. 7. Contact forms and marketing
Submitting a contact form authorises us to use the provided information solely to handle that request. It does not subscribe you to marketing communications. Any future marketing preference will be requested separately and remain optional.
